About Bird Mentality

🦅 - Bird Mentality originated from the idea that when you approach assignments or challenges with a certain kind of drive, a mindset of sorts, you increase the likelihood of a positive outcome. This mindset can be created by anyone else during a period when they experiencing growth. For example, I believe that the grounding of my mentality stems from my professional sports past, and I developed it further through the events that followed in my life afterwards. 🦉 - The way Bird Mentality approaches assignments and challenges is similar to that of an owl. The owl sees sharply in the dark and surveys the entire playing field which enables him to perceive certain situations and occurrences within both organizations and personal spheres that normally remain unexposed to most people. 👤 - The owl is comfortable with his shadow and invites you to do the same. Even though the owl can see far around you through its neck, that still does not allow it to perceive everything that goes on in the shadow. But by allowing the shadow, you get to know your inner wisdom better. ⚽️💼 - Now you are thinking "What do these two worlds within Bird Mentality (Business and Professional sports) have in common?". Well, both the business and professional sports world benefit from GROWTH! Bird Mentality approaches business by using metaphors within the professional sports world, and vice versa, to stimulate GROWTH of both organizations and athletes. 🐦 - For now, this owl primarily uses the perspective of an athlete combined with the wisdom he has learned when tackling various assignments and challenges. Because even though this owl can see a lot and owns valuable wisdom, there will always be wisdom he still has to learn/undergo. And he does that through the Bird Mentality!
