www.birdsnest.com.au is a women's online fashion retailer. birdsnest is based in Cooma in the beautiful Snowy Mountains of NSW. We are passionate about creating careers in the country, pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and are devoted to helping women find and love their own style. birdsnest was born when IBM e-business consultant, Jane Cay, fell in love with farmer Oli and settled in the country. She combined her love for fashion and technology and launched birdsnest in 2004. birdsnest now employs over 140 team members, sells 200+ brands including eight we design in-house, and has become one of Australia's most respected and visited online stores. birdsnest was awarded Australia's Best Online Customer Service award at the ORIAS in 2015 and 2016 and is regularly commended in the media for its innovative approach to solving customers needs. At birdsnest we understand that we will only have happy customers if we are a happy team. Our vision is to inspire confidence in women and that starts with feeling confident ourselves.
