"Biroja Fitness" has been providing various health-related services to Latvian companies since 2012. We urge employers to take care of the health and wellbeing of their employees. We offer: REGULAR EXERCISE CLASSES AT THE WORKPLACE A wide range of fitness training and physical activities for office workers taylormade on the specifics of the job and interests. Classes take place at your workplace. HEALTH PROMOTION PROJECTS AND SEMINARS Development of master classes, seminars, and lectures. The most popular topics are healthy nutrition and the importance of movement in everyday life. Our mission: A company is only as successful as its employees! That is why we suggest company managers and leaders choose the right tools to motivate, support and improve their employees and take care of their health. Healthy, motivated, and productive employees make successful teams, which in turn improves overall company performance. We are here to promote the health, productivity, and happiness of your company's employees with a variety of health-related events. Over the years, we have implemented successful cooperation with the private and public sector. The projects were carried out in cooperation with experienced and certified trainers and lecturers. Some of our projects: • Lectures and exercise demonstrations in the Riga City Council project "The Hive". • Healthy nutrition master class for "Maxima Latvia" team. • Exercise demonstrations for the team of "Citadele" bank. • Health week project. Exercise classes in seven "Sadales tīkls" branches. • An exercise program developed by a physiotherapist in video format for the "Latvijas Finieris" team during the pandemic. • Online training cycle for the "ALD Automotive" team. • Special seminar on self-massage options for the neck area. Client "Rīgas siltums". • Online lectures for "Maxima Latvia" "How to take care of your health while working from home" and "Breathing and peace cycle".
