Il Birrificio Artigianale I Due Mastri nasce nel 2009 dalla passione di Iacopo Fabbri e Cristiano Settesoldi, con l'intento di portare avanti un progetto di produzione tradizionale, ponendo una particolare attenzione alla cura delle materie prime e alla tutela del territorio, e volgendo sempre un occhio attento all'innovazione. L'idea è di creare una birra artigianale non filtrata, non pastorizzata e rifermentata in bottiglia, che sia unica e coinvolgente, ma anche estremamente piacevole e semplice. Una birra che sia accessibile a tutti, senza essere banale. Nel 2024, il Birrificio Artigianale I Due Mastri ha ottenuto la certificazione IFS (International Food Standard).
