Our clients include restaurants, supermarkets, schools, churches, warehouses, office buildings, homes and condos. We have an established history working with the same clients for decades in many cases. Our technicians average 20+ years of experience in the industry as well as being a member of the Biscayne Air Conditioning team. This allows us to provide our customers with technicians possessing some of the best skill sets in the industry, and our service is second to none. It is our top priority and mission to provide our customers with peace of mind by making sure your HVAC and refrigeration equipment is running as efficiently and as effectively as possible with minimal if any downtime. We are a local company, headquartered in North Miami, in the same building since 1965. All calls for service, as well as our dispatch and after-hours call center, are handled locally in our corporate office. We sell, install and service all makes and models of air conditioners and specialized refrigeration as well as ancillary systems. We also specialize in EMS to include CPS/Emerson, Danfoss and Novar systems. We also provide service to the State of Florida, servicing various including FDOT, MDX, and various other state-owned buildings and facilities.
