About Bishop and Associates

Welcome, Bishop & Associates are a small firm of professional Building Surveyors based in Richmond, Surrey. We are members of the Chartered Institution of Building (CIOB). We primarily act as Project Managers on high end residential refurbishment and new building projects, and we also carry out both condition and full building surveys on all types of properties. As project managers for refurbishment, fitting out works and new build, we are able to offer a full service to our clients, from the selection of the project team and contractor to the coordination of works on site and relocation services. Our services are tailored to the client's requirements, but frequently include the preparation and tendering of a full specification of works, contract administration, CDM coordination and quantity surveying. Our track record for delivering high quality projects on time and within budget is the result of our meticulous attention to detail and the regular project meetings and site visits that we consider to be the key to success. Our building consultancy services include dealing with party wall matters, dilapidations, licences for alterations and preparing building reinstatement cost assessments (fire insurance valuations) and preventative planned maintenance reports. In all cases, we provide a bespoke, flexible, hands-on approach, tailored to suit the client's requirements
