This style is reflected in our food, service and décor. Bistro Vendome provides high quality bistro-style French fare and delivers a dining experience with food that although would fit perfectly with bone china and white linen, is better suited with sensible prices in a charming and comfortable environment. Our service is prompt. Efficient and relatively informal, but our staff is trained and oriented to heightened levels of attentiveness for your guests’ needs and wants. It is our goal to accommodate our guests and their specific needs, as well as to guide them through a memorable dining experience. Our service staff will enlighten the guests experience in an informative, friendly and energetic way. Our approach is designed to evoke the look and feel of a long-established, family owned bistro plucked from a Parisian street corner. This is a place where people should feel comfortable dining more than once a week. It is our intent to exceed the expectations of our guests with our food and service each time that they visit Bistro Vendome. The word bistro means a small, modest, European-style restaurant or café. It also means informal restaurant. We consider bistro to mean a neighborhood and quaint restaurant. The Place Vendome between the rue de Castiglione and rue de la Paix is one of the most famous squares in Paris. It is intricately linked with the history of France. It was created in 1685 and was commissioned by King Louis XIV and designed by Jules-Hardouin Mansart. Now, prestigious bands and French elegance cluster around the Place Vendome.
