I'm a Property Consultant focusing on helping new investors break into the market or existing landlords make their properties more efficient and grow from there. I also have my own investment properties, so understand the priorities and frustrations of landlords and believe I have a two sided perspective bringing balance to the process. It definitely helps having a background in Customer Relationship Management and Marketing! Add to that Project Co-ordination and Office Management and you can be assured I can organise solutions to any issues that arise AND make sure the administration side is dealt with just as efficiently. Bitex Home provides a range of letting and property management packages to suit the individual landlord. From Tenant Find Only to Fully Inclusive Property Management and everything in between - we will happily create a bespoke package just for you! A large focus for us is tenant management - happy tenants are long term tenants! I myself was a tenant for 10 years so know what attracts tenants to a property and, most importantly, keeps them there long term.
