Bittylab, LLC, is a WBE & WOSB-Certified, NY-based MedTech/FemTech start-up addressing infant feeding complications such as gas, colic, recurrent spit-ups, GER, and GERD. Bare® Air-free is a feeding system that feeds baby AIR-FREE milk, in UPRIGHT position & lets baby CONTROL the FLOW/PACE of feeding. These three advancements exponentially reduce gas, colic, and GER symptoms. When Priska became a mom, she noticed the gas, colic, and GERD symptoms from her baby could have been prevented and she designed a feeding system that satisfied this need. The mom of two founded Bittylab in 2010 and sat at her kitchen table day after day to design and engineer her idea for three and a half years. Her single-handed, self-funded efforts resulted in a national launch in 2016 in 185 Babies”R”Us stores. Since then, Bittylab has received thousands of letters indicating the baby’s feeding issues had been resolved, including diagnosed Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, AKA GERD.This discovery led to a pilot clinical study which resulted in a breakthrough: after using Bare® Air-free for two weeks, 75% of babies no longer met clinical criteria for GERD. National statistics show that 66 percent of all 4-months suffer from severe symptoms of GERD, which includes irritation to the internal organs (NIH).
