Founded over 20 years ago BKR are award winning Draughtsman to the property and architectural industry. Over the years we have grown and developed from an award winning supplier of Residential Floorplans, to specialize in producing HMLR compliant residential and commercial lease plans; portfolio and management plans; collective enfranchisement plans; planning applications; hotel plans and cinema plans. Additionally, since their inception, BKR have been producing both residential and commercial EPC’s which enables clients to save money by having both these and plans carried out at the same visit. We have produced plans on buildings ranging in size from 100 ft² to 1,000,000 ft², and at locations as far afield as The West Indies to The Alps to the South of France, so no job is too big or too small, nor is the location a barrier.
