Black Dolphin Inc. formed as a holding company from the restructuring of several successful privately owned companies that had run their course, some for decades. Several of the initial founders of those companies founded Black Dolphin Inc. Our core business activities include Retail Gas/Convenience stores; Residential Real Estate Investments; Private Equity; Business Consulting & Services; Franchised Restaurants; Home Improvement Services.
