The Black Female Academics' Network is a global network for female academics (Research, Education, Scholarship and Professional Services) who are Black (African, African Diaspora & Dual Heritage). Our Objectives: To empower and support Black females in advancing their academic, professional services, industry careers and leadership roles through tailored in-person and online coaching, mentoring, sponsorship services, and personalised programmes. Our Guarantee: * We offer individualised career coaching sessions to black female academics and professional services staff, assisting individuals in identifying their professional aspirations, at any level of seniority, creating strategic plans, and navigating the academic landscape to advance their careers. * We provide tailored Equality Diversity Inclusion and leadership development programmes, ally training, and personalised learning maps to empower black female academics and professional services staff with the necessary skills and strategies to excel in leadership roles, including effective communication, decision-making, and team management. * We facilitate networking opportunities and mentorship programmes to connect black females and professional service staff with experienced mentors and peers in their respective fields, fostering invaluable connections, guidance, and support.
