Our most significant impact is achieved during our Annual Black Boy Joy Retreat hosted in several major cities including Oakland, California; Columbus, Ohio; Orangeburg, South Carolina, and Bowman, South Carolina. Our five foundational pillars of Economic Financial Literacy, Leadership, Teamwork, Self-Actualization, and Life Skills serve as a guide to implementing enjoyable programs and activities for the youth that also promote learning and growth.
