Creatively engaging E-Learning and purrfect voice acting services. That’s the motto of Black Kat Creative, and me, Kat Negrón, owner and entrepreneur. I have nearly 15 years of experience as an instructional designer and E-Learning narrator. Earning a Master of Education and E-Learning Graduate Certificate from George Mason University, I’ve developed dynamic and exciting trainings running the entire instructional design process for various clients, ranging from private companies, state and local government, federal government, and nonprofits. I've also been voice acting for around 10 years, primarily with E-Learning projects. Some of my work included: • Conducting needs assessments of learners looking to increase their leadership skills. • Applying Allen Interaction’s CCAF Model to develop interactive, scenario-driven online training modules and activities. • Designing and developing microlearning videos, infographics, job aids, and more using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise. • Creating interactive online blended trainings with various digital touchpoints and experiences for participants and instructors. • Managing the selection, deployment, and administration of new Learning Management Systems, including SumTotal, Moodle, Desire2Learn, and more. I’m also comfortable using a variety of instructional design tools: • Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise, Studio, Peek, Replay) • Adobe eLearning Suite (Captivate, Dreamweaver, Premiere) • iMovie, GarageBand • Microsoft Office Suite and iWork Suite For E-Learning narration and commercials, I’m excited to provide you top quality audio with my own treated sound booth and home studio featuring a Sennheiser MK 4, Macbook Pro, and Steinberg UR22MKII.
