About Black Pepper Mint Food Co

It all started in 2010 when we were asked to cater for an event for a local farmer who was struggling to find a caterer who could offer a bespoke food package and not just offer set menu packages! After sampling Adams tasting menus the farmer wanted us to cater for his daughter wedding. Black Pepper Mint Food Co was created. Word soon spread and within six months we had to move from our first kitchen into a bespoke designed production kitchen and tasting studio to cope with the demand and to offer the customer experience we wanted to deliver. Things did not slow down and reputation grew, gaining contracts with Gunby Hall (Skegness,) Belton House (Grantham,) Gainsborough Old Hall, Calke Abbey, Lincoln Castle, Old Palace (Lincoln,) to name just a few. Our clients spreading further throughout the midlands. We also worked in various structures from a white marquee to a tipi. We cater for private and corporate events offering our unique bespoke food solution service, creating a menu and experience to perfectly match the event you dream of. We pride this service from a dinner party to a large sit down meal for 250 guests. To offer the truly unique experience Black Pepper Mint Food Co has created its own Events Services to supply quality cutlery and crockery and bespoke bar service to compliment our food solutions. We pride ourselves with using local produce and services where possible and our food is made from scratch with chefs with impressive CV’s including the Dorchester group and L’enclume among others.
