Founded by acclaimed Brighton-based restaurateur Razak Helalat, Black Rock Restaurants Group comprises of The Salt Room, the duo of The Coal Shed restaurants, and most recently Burnt Orange. They all focus on dishes expertly cooked over coal using the highest quality, seasonal ingredients. Our obsession with going above and beyond is inspired by the Persian concept of “Nooshe jân”.
