Black Tree Realty is a premier compliant and registered federal contractor with the US federal government with over seven (7) years experience of providing affordable transitional and permanent housing for low- and moderate-income families and individuals. Our goal is to establish an efficient and productive environment that fosters trust and an open line of communication between our residents and the community. BTR has provided services for the elderly, veterans, individuals with special needs, and additional disadvantaged/vulnerable groups with affordable housing. Our properties and services are well respected all over Maryland due to our high level of commitment towards providing all of our residents with a clean, safe, and affordable all-inclusive living environment. he personal and social well being of our residents is central to our mission statement of providing an outstanding quality of service with a “person centered” living process.
