He is a highly motivational leader and mentor, with a demonstrable record of hands-on and cross-functional leadership, effectively managing and building teams to achieve business objectives, maximizing performance, streamlining processes and delivering excellence. He has a proven track record of managing full life cycle projects from initial design to completion, whilst managing stakeholder and client expectations. He is passionate about using his expertise and wealth of knowledge to help businesses, professionals and business owners/leaders to grow in knowledge, expertise, and efficiency so that they can flourish in their respective fields
