As the Owner's Representative, we manage projects from initial conception and design through construction and occupancy, protecting your interests by providing quality assurance, cost control, risk management and coordination between all parties. We focus exclusively on healthcare projects, most of which fall under the jurisdiction of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD).
