Blacksmith Training is dedicated to bringing you the knowledge of health and fitness that I have gained through over 17 years of personal training, bodybuilding, martial arts and working in the healthcare field. During these years I have worked with some of the best strength coaches, natural bodybuilders, and mixed martial artist on the planet, I have competed in bodybuilding shows, trained professional athletes, and worked side by side with doctors and nurses and gained a knowledge base and understanding of what can change the body, and bring about the best the body has to offer!
