Our training delivery allows clients to implement either external and internal models of facilitation or a combination of both, based on your specific needs. Where clients choose external facilitation, Blanchard Australia will provide a Master Trainer qualified facilitator and where the program is in a capital city, we do not charge for travel. Alternatively, those with an internal facilitation model are able to achieve significant savings in time (developing learning designs and content) as well as time (purchase facilitator and participant kits).
