Blend Coffee House is a hybrid coffee concept blending coffee culture, shoe culture and local community in a way never done before in the North American market. From robust South American coffee paired with Asian inspired flavors, to an eclectic pastry program and a shoe collection cultivated by local fashion influencers and celebrity tastemakers The coffee will be sourced from the finest South American coffee providers and paired with unique Asian inspired flavors. From ube and pandan lattes to white chocolate macadamia nut mochas, with blended versions perfect for the spring and summer months Blend’s bites program will feature exotic flavored malasada’s (Portuguese fried donut), macarons and shortbreads to go with more savory, on-the-go items like avocado toast and bagels. We will also feature pre-packaged sandwiches and salads for the lunch crowd from our refrigerated display case Our guest curators will rotate throughout the seasons, ranging from professional athletes from the Seahawks and Mariners to local fashion influencers and style icons. Each season new guest curators will put their own spin on our shoe collection, and will be reinforced by a marketing campaign each season
