About Blended Therapy Services

At Blended Therapy Services we understand how crucial the early years are for learning, growth and development. We align ourselves with the current guidelines for best practice in early intervention by following the transdisciplinary keyworker model. The keyworker model means that each child is allocated one of our Early Intervention Specialists as their single point of contact for all of their therapy needs. The keyworker will ensure collaboration with the therapy team to tailor a support plan that meets all of their needs. Our Early Intervention Specialists come from varying disciplines including occupational therapy, speech pathology, developmental education and social work. As a team we address a wide variety of areas of child development including communication, self-care, movement, attachment and play/social skills. With over 20 years of experience in providing therapy support to children and their families, our team of Early Intervention specialists utilise a blended combination of therapy approaches that align with the most up to date research and recommendations in the early intervention field. Our primary goal as an early intervention provider is to empower families through strong relationships to develop their confidence to support their child’s development in order to thrive day to day. Therefore, we will prioritise providing therapy support in the natural environments for long lasting change.
