About Blended UK
As many of you will know, our industry needs a serious shake up in terms of Gender Diversity. The UK Industrial Design Industry is over 95% male, but with women making up 63% of all students studying creative arts and design courses at university we are left asking what is going on? We have created Blended as a starting point to bring together people who want to advocate for greater gender diversity in the UK physical product design industry - a small step to connect the 5% of women and their allies across the UK.
