About BlendIn Organization
BlendIn is a newcomer-led, grassroots non-profit organization founded on lived experience. Our team is made up of individuals who have themselves navigated the difficult journey of integration in Canada. We understand firsthand the struggles newcomers from Black, African, and Middle Eastern backgrounds face—from misinformation and cultural barriers to limited access to opportunity and culturally relevant support. Our mission is to leverage our experience and ambition to create a thriving environment for newcomers. We provide practical programs, culturally considerate mentorship, and peer-led support systems to help new arrivals integrate smoothly, rebuild their lives, and contribute meaningfully to Canadian society.
