Blenheim brings together underwriting teams and managers with extensive experience across all our lines and highly regarded track records. Our underwriting skills are accessible via two different platforms, Blenheim Underwriting Ltd and Blenheim Partnerships Ltd, backed by a wide and diverse panel of capital providers, be they trade, capital market or private. Blenheim is first and foremost an independent business. We have no agenda other than to provide our clients and their brokers with first rate products and services and to make our capital suppliers profits. By far the largest asset of the Group is its team and appropriately the team owns a significant proportion of the business and is endorsed by a substantial investment from a leading UK private equity house. Blenheim Underwriting Limited is a Lloyd’s managing agent that is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. Blenheim Underwriting is responsible for the management of Syndicate 5886 at Lloyd’s. We are leaders in all the lines in which we trade, namely; Direct and Facultative Property, Casualty, Specialty Treaty, Accident and Health, Contingency, and Political Risks. Blenheim Partnerships Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to perform general insurance activities from the United Kingdom and by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission as a Licenced Insurance Manager in the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Blenheim Partnerships is a subsidiary of the holding company White Bear Capital Limited and was established in 2019 as a platform to host strategic and diversified MGA initiatives. Blenheim Partnerships is an approved Lloyd’s Coverholder and is supported by an experienced Operations team. We are leaders in the lines in which we trade, including Energy Liability, General Aviation, Commercial Crime, and Construction.
