About Blind in Business

Blind in Business is a charity which operates across the United Kingdom. We help blind and partially sighted students into work through our Training and Employment Services. We encourage blind and partially sighted people to identify and achieve their ambitions. Employment Services: Our employment services support students, school leavers, undergraduates and graduates with their transition from education to employment. In a good year we help 50-60 people into work. We have 33 years experience of the recruitment process and extensive knowledge of the needs of partially sighted and blind candidates. We also work with employers to help them manage the recruitment of partially sighted and blind people. Pathways Services: Our training services work with blind school children, their parents and teachers to raise their career aspirations. We run training days in schools across the UK working with over 350 school children annually.
