About Blinky

Blinky is the solution for improving the safety of cyclists. It provides more visibility and reduces the risk of accidents. Blinky encourages environmentally friendly behavior and fits in well with the increasing popularity of greener means of transport. It is the product of a group of five ambitious students (Daan, Luuk, Luka, Casper and Gijs) with a passion for design and technology. Our mission is to make cycling safer and to contribute to a more sustainable world. Blinky is a turn signal and brake lights system, that is integrated into your jacket. This makes Blinky users easy to see even in low visibility conditions. The lights are controlled via a handlebar-mounted control unit. The control unit is designed to be easy to operate, even while riding, so you can keep your hands on the handlebars at all times.
