Bliss Associates was founded in 1933 by George Bliss and came of age during the formalization of the appraisal practice. Now a full service real estate appraisal and consulting firm, we have a wealth of experience that we are eager to share with our customers. Our most valued principals are integrity, reliability and consistency. We have cultivated these principals with longstanding relationships and a history of exceeding expectations. We have a staff of over 20 appraisers, including nine designated by the Appraisal Institute. Our primary coverage areas include Missouri and Kansas, and we have just opened an office in Denver serving the state of Colorado. We also have appraisers licensed in Oklahoma, Nebraska and Arkansas.
