We get involved very closely with the founders and key players driving the company forward, understanding their ideas, objectives and plans and translating those into an action plan and the talent blueprint we'll need to make it happen. This means taking things personally, and feeling the company as if it were our own, shaping the structure, culture and processes together. Our background is not merely recruitment. On the contrary, we've either held the positions you'll be hiring for, or worked closely with them. It's not new to us. Digital and startup makes us tick. We're familiar with how product works with engineering, we've led in commercial roles and designed multi-market digital marketing campaigns. We're passionate about entrepreneurship and have suffered through the ups and downs of startup life ourselves: fundraising, growing pains, culture shocks, expansion, balancing acts and running against the clock. And we still think it's exciting.
