Blisss Barfi was launched in early 2016 through our social media platforms to get a feel of the market and if they would be interested in a healthy alternative to full sugar Barfi. Our Barfi is made using a traditional recipe which is passed down through generations of our family, with a few modern alterations. Having grown significantly throughout 2016 and 2017, we have been working closely with well-established caterers, event organisers as well as providing bespoke services for weddings and corporate occasions. It has been a challenging and busy period of growth and change, which has left us immensely proud and passionate about what we do which is guided by our business values.
