The Block Parent Program of Canada Inc. (BPPCI) is a registered charity and Canada's largest volunteer-run child safety organization. Volunteers from coast to coast help to make communities safer for everyone. The distinctive red and white Block Parent window sign in the window of a home, tells children, seniors and others that help is at hand if they are lost, frightened, or in distress.
