Ever since the eighteenth-century skirmishes that earned it its name, Bloody Point’s land has been highly sought-after. From its immaculate beaches to its forest trails and diverse wildlife, Bloody Point is a haven, offering refuge from overdeveloped civilization. The championship 18-hole golf course, recently renovated by Love Golf Design, the design company of Davis Love III, boasts ocean, river, lagoon, and marshland views, and is home to countless species of wildlife. The beachfront pool offers direct access to wide, secluded beaches that offer sanctuary to nesting sea turtles. The Eagle’s Nest Restaurant, named for the bald eagle’s home on the 6th hole, features ocean and river sunset views and world-class dining. A brand-new dock, with water taxi service to Savannah, Georgia, sits off of the 17th green and reaches out into the Mungen Creek, permitting an unobstructed vista of neighboring Tybee Island and Savannah. The newly completed Osprey Cottage features beautiful overnight accommodations with seven bedrooms and one common area.
