We are a boutique company that provides a friendly and down to earth service to our clients looking to renovate. Both Directors have qualifications in design, construction and engineering (over 30 years combined!) and we provide services including: - Preliminary home inspections, including design and high level budgeting advice prior to purchasing a fixer-upper or to your existing property; - Design advice to current Australian Design and Building Standards; - Interior design services including mood-boards, full 3D renders and fly-throughs; - Access to our network of consultants, builders, tradies and suppliers; - Construction management services including contract advice and variation negotiations; - Defect management.
