Bloom Services offers EOS Implementer® support through Implementer Practice Management & Assistant training that serves more as a holistic practice management solution. Executive Assistance is augmented with proven processes that support both the client and Implementer. Part of the Bloom definition of white glove service means no client goes without an answer or response and every Implementer is freed up in their daily activities to focus on their highest and best value to their practice. Bloom was born out of an EOS® Implementation our Founder was a part of. It rooted a love for the system and a deep passion for helping others achieve their visions and create team alignment. While some may see stepping into an assistance role as a step down from senior leadership, she saw it as an opportunity to use her deep understanding of the EOS Model® as an opportunity to help others in their implementation journey. Fun Fact: why does our name sound like a floral service? Growing up in the military, our Founder’s mother would tell her with each new city, “It’s my job to unpack. It’s your job to go out there and bloom”. During a transitional phase in life and looking for the next step, she remembered those words, held her breath and sunk down a root
