About Bloom World Consulting

Bloom Consulting seeks to build a world that supports all of us to thrive and belong. We do this by facilitating change in organizations, centering equity, strengthening organizational health, and building cultures of belonging. We are a diverse, bilingual (EN/FR) multi-racial team of facilitators, coaches, conflict mediators, and thought-partners with over 15 years of experience in facilitating organizational learning and change. We create the conditions for transformation and help groups move forward together. Bloom models equitable, inclusive and diverse ways of working - not only in theory, but in all of our offerings. We are rooted in practices of participatory leadership and support teams to harness their collective intelligence. We ground our work in relationality and strengthening trust in teams as a pathway for authenticity, co-intelligence and courageous dialogue across difference. We design processes that are in tune with the unique organizational ecosystem and adaptive to changes as they emerge. We work at the personal, interpersonal and systemic levels of change, cognizant that all levels need engagement in order for meaningful change to take place. We bring a restorative approach to navigating conflict, supporting teams and workplace cultures to build the mind sets, skill sets and structures to move towards cultures of relationship and repair when navigating conflict.
