Mental fitness starts with self-acceptance, self-esteem, resilience, and the ability to manage overwhelming emotions. I am a Holistic, Co-Active Life Coach, Theta Healing practitioner and instructor, and The Emotion Code practitioner. I believe every person is unique, and therefore, do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to coaching. My holistic bioenergetic approach to coaching addresses every aspect of a person's life – to improve their mental fitness. My goal is to support and empower clients as they uncover the blind spots and negative behavioural (thought) patterns that are holding them back, helping them to achieve a more fulfilled, happy and successful life.
