About Blossom Home Care
Blossom Home Care is a family business with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in delivering care to individuals in their own homes and within their own communities, indeed that’s what we are bloomin’ good at! Overseen by a qualified nurse we care for the elderly/other adults with home care requirements, helping them remain in their own home for as long as possible. From our Head Office in Northallerton and second office in Tadcaster, we understand the importance of home and that elderly folk especially can be fiercely independent about remaining at home. Covering the North East, North Yorkshire and beyond we are a team of compassionate, competent, highly skilled individuals who care about what we do. Carers are rewarded well for a job well done and as our minimum call is 50 minutes so Blossom Carers have time to socially interact with our clients which can make a big difference to their lives. As well as working directly with clients we also receive referrals from/work in partnership with both the private and public sectors, including Case Managers, NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups, Social Services and Local Authorities, Solicitors and Insurance Companies. Where our specialist, evidence based, care and support packages for Adults who have sustained injuries as a result of accidents or medical negligence are second to none. We offer quality care, focussed on our clients needs, not ours. Our emphasis is on a holistic approach to the care with our Nurse on-hand to help with any worries or concerns expressed by the Carer or Family. This helps prevent deteriorating health issues and consequently reduces hospital visits. Our Online Monitoring System can be accessed from anywhere in the world and, updated by the Carer, gives authorised relatives a summary of each visit along with general feedback within seconds of the visit.
