We take a leader position in Italy and Southern Europe in providing Large Buildings Blower-door-testing, leakage detection, and Indoor Air Quality Assessment in compliance with UNI and ASTM standard, and according to the main environmental certifications LEED®, BREEAM®, WEEL®, PASSIVHOUSE® and MINERGIE®. Our Air barrier consultancy service includes pre-construction and construction phase consultancy, review of submittals and shopdrawing, and support during Commissioning Meetings. We Oversee construction of mock-up and perform tests with documentation, comments, and recommendations. We have over 15-years’ experience in Building envelope testing and we have a stream of experienced technicians. We provide cost-effective infrared inspection for Risk Management, using the latest technology available to provide the best quality test and extensive and user-friendly analysis reports. Our technicians support the customer’s team from the design phase, to achieve the targets required by standard, customer norms and certification protocols. Among our international clients, we cooperated with Roche, Amazon, Hines, Goodman, LCP, Techbau, Colombo Costruzioni, CMB, Impresa Percassi, Simeon Structure & Façade System, Pichler, ISA Spa and Permasteelisa Group. We offer a wide range of airtightness and air quality tests.
