Welcome to BLU-D Construction. Owner Benjamin Davis was posed with the question in college, "If you could make $1,000,000 per year doing anything you wanted, what would it be?" The answer? "Building and Teaching/Motivating" That led Benjamin on a path to complete a master's degree in Construction Management from BYU and start a career path in Vacation Homes in Island Park, Swan Valley, Driggs/Victor and Jackson, WY and custom homes in East Idaho. From there to industrial and commercial construction throughout the world. He has visited multiple countries and presented on the benefits of concrete construction to hundreds of people on several continents and has been published in multiple trade magazines. In 2007 Davis established Ben Davis Homes, and recently changed the name to BLU-D Construction in 2022 when he qualified for a public works license and secured bonding capacity for government/commercial projects up to $3,000,000 for single projects and $6,000,000 in aggregate. Why BLU-D? With all the hype about building "green", when you look at the earth from space, it isn't green, it is blue.
