About Blue Apes Consulting

We are a consultancy from Cologne that lives the Cologne mentality. Blue Apes was born from the creative hands of Deni and Fabian - two Salesforce fans who no longer wanted to do their work as lonely consultants but wanted to create a whole crew of salesforce experts. In this way, the team grew and worked together to turn Blue Apes into THE sales digitizer in and around Cologne. By digitizing sales, we aim to create long-term benefits and potentials by using Salesforce. Our Salesforce Consulting and Organizational Change Management business units support our customers in implementing Salesforce while helping to transform the existing organization into a digital organization. In recent years, we have been able to accompany various digitization projects with Salesforce in different ways. From projects with thousands of users to projects with 20 users, we have observed similar structures in projects that are essential for the success of the project and the successful digitization of customer management. To leverage the full potential of Salesforce, we need to see Salesforce as an enabler of the digitization of customer management. Just like Salesforce, the organization and therefore the people around Salesforce need to evolve. And that is exactly our approach, to pair Salesforce consulting with Organizational Change Management to sustainably digitize our customers' customer management.
