About Blue Arrow Care
We are a care provider offering Domiciliary care services in the Kingston and Richmond boroughs, with our head office in the heart of Kingston Upon Thames. We aim to ensure we make a difference to peoples lives and we aim to be a Domiciliary care provider that stands out for all the right reasons. We Offer Personal Care, Companionship & Home Help services. Care calls can be from anything from 30 minutes – 24 Hours per day. Blue Arrow Care was opened on the basis of being a reliable, caring and compassionate service who puts our clients at the forefront of what we do. We work tirelessly to ensure we deliver a service that provides care on time, with regular staff. We will never send a carer to one of our clients unless they have been formally introduced to each other. We have many procedures in place to protect our clients, carers and families. We have a log in log out system that alerts us within 15 minutes if the carer has not arrived. If a senior member of staff has not contacted within 20 minutes to inform the client and/or family what has happened you will not be charged for that visit and off course we will still attend. We work with our hearts and ensure our work, attitudes and policies reflect this in every way possible at Blue Arrow Care. At Blue Arrow Care we offer a free companionship service to all of our clients. Every 8 weeks we will offer you a day out with one of our team. This could be going out for coffee to a national park or even for lunch. Blue Arrow will pay for all expenses. If you would rather us did some cleaning or shopping instead then that is what we will do. We at Blue Arrow have a passion to tackle isolation and hope that this service plays a vital part in ensuring our clients do not feel alone and have something to put in their diary’s. Our overall ethos is to be a Domiciliary provider with a difference, a service that is not rushed and is built to meet the needs of people who would like to remain within their own homes.
