About Blue Coast Research
Blue Coast Group was founded in 2009 to provide focused, high quality metallurgical testwork and consulting services to the global mining and minerals industries. Our approximately 10,000 square feet metallurgical laboratory is located in Parksville on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Our team is well positioned to assist in the following areas of mineral processing: - Sample preparation - Froth flotation - Physical separation (including gravity concentration) - Bottle roll leaching - Grindability testing - Captive Assay Lab for quick TAT, high quality metallurgical assays - Sample selection for metallurgical testwork programs - Preparation of NI 43-101 Metallurgical Reports - Plant support services - Metallurgical Project Management Our core team of metallurgists, project managers and technicians combine a balance of research and development understanding with a real world, “hands on” approach culminating from operations experience gained in North America, Europe and Africa. In addition to our industry accepted procedures and practices, we bring passion, creativity and experience to all of the projects we are engaged in, utilising the latest technology, where applicable to enhance our deliverable to the client. Keeping our clients informed and up to date with the testwork program is of important and regular client updates can be provided in by video teleconferencing software and real time, remote viewing of critical tests are soon to be provided as standard for each project.
