About Blue Heron Landscape and Design
Blue Heron Landscape and Design is a family owned company in business since 1998. It employ's seasoned professionals in the landscape construction industry. The company has experienced designers in every aspect of the industry. The company's primary focus has always been custom residential landscape. Commercial and track home landscape have constituted about thirty percent of our annual revenues. The company in recent years has been focusing more on complete landscape design including cabana's, poolhouses, and other outdoor structures and additions. We handle all aspects of these projects from design through completion, covering general construction, landscape, hardscape, irrigation and lighting. In 2008 Jason Hearn our Vice President was made an ICPI instructor teaching other professional's in the field of hardscape installation. Jason holds certifications in hardscape, and wall construction, and is well known for his construction and design abilities. In 2009 Richard Wright Blue Heron's General Manager was certified in storm water retainment systems and green roofs. This has enabled the company to focus more on the green aspect of our industry. Blue Heron has always been enviormentally conscience, using recycled products and methods. In 2009 in joined a LEEDs design team for the first green building in Ocean City, MD. Our focus as a company is quality work and quality service. We believe that the more we instill this in our employee's the better our company will be.
