About Blue Moon Review
Blue Moon Review is a literary magazine dedicated to prose, poetry, and art that comes around once in a blue moon. We are drawn to writing that moves, shapes, and reimagines. We publish bi-annually and invite all to submit their work. Our Editor-in-Chiefs first crossed paths during their freshman winter at Stanford University. They found each other in a creative writing workshop dedicated to cultivating first chapters. In the weeks following the course, they frequently convened in cafes, gardens, and FloMo Dining, carving out dedicated writing time with each other. They bonded over an appreciation for writing that transcends beyond time and yearned for a space to celebrate such literature. Blue Moon Review was born from that common desire. We invite you to stay up late, prop up your telescope, and gaze upon our shared moon.
