About Blue Moon Software
The Company's primary focus is to develop, support and power software as a service product offerings for the apartment leasing industry in collaboration with leading membership associations serving this sector. Blue Moon Software was established in 1992 in to develop form processing software and forms engines for the real estate industry, with initial product development focused on the residential appraisal market. The company was founded and is based in Austin, Texas. In 1994, Blue Moon Software was selected by the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) to develop software to electronically enable the official TAA forms, in order to securely process apartment and residential lease transactions for their members. In 2000 Blue Moon Software began an expansion into additional states in collaboration with the National Apartment Association, and support from the TAA. By 2014 the Blue Moon customer base had grown to include association members in 46 states and the District of Columbia, using products and services offered under the following product lines. • TAA Click & Lease Software • NAA Click & Lease Software • GAA Forms Online Software • AANC Forms Online Software • TSSA Forms Online Software No software is an island, so Blue Moon works with leading property management software vendors, management companies and property owners to allow customers to connect to Blue Moon services using the software interface of their choice via robust API services. Product features also includes built-in E-signature functionality (with no transaction fees), rental applications, document management, rental applications, and integration with the leading providers of property management software.
