With over 20 years of progressive leadership experience, I have dedicated my life to empowering academic institutions, leaders, and learners alike to navigate change on the path to progress. As a values-driven, trauma-aware coach and consultant, I take a holistic and whole-hearted approach to growth that’s centered on building self-awareness, progressing beyond adversity, and achieving strategic goals. Each day, I am grateful for the opportunity to empower others to live professional and personal lives that are aligned with their values and purpose.
