Blue Ocean Industries is a CNC machining and engineering design business that specialises in precision, quality and reliability. Our state of the art, multi axis CNC machines are driven by the latest generation CAM software. This provides us with the ability to produce highly complex, precision machined components within the shortest possible time frame. This combined with the vast skill and experience of our engineering team ensures the exacting standard of our work and allows us to provide the most efficient production times possible. We are extremely proud that Blue Ocean Industries has achieved ISO 9001 accreditation. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised accreditation for creating, implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System. We take quality very seriously indeed and see our ISO 9001 accreditation as a vital part in our quest to provide precision, quality and reliability for all of our customers. On top of this, Blue Ocean Industries distributes a range of composite engineering materials called Tufcot® which is is a composite engineering material that offers very high strength/weight ratios, a naturally low coefficient of friction, self-lubrication and significant weight reductions. Blue Ocean Industries hold “Key Customer” status with Tufcot Engineering Ltd which means we have exclusive rights for the sale of Tufcot® throughout Australia. Blue Ocean Industries also houses a complete industrial brake bonding and relining service. We stock woven and moulded brake lining and have two hot bonding ovens with the largest oven capable of sizes up to 1m width x 2m in length and 1.8m in height.
