About Blue Ribbon Community Care
Blue Ribbon Community Care is an independent health and social care provider, offering personalised care and support services throughout the UK to people in the comfort of their own homes We established our first company in 2005 by creating Calon Lan Community Care (Calon Lan is welsh language for ‘pure of heart’) which continues to operate throughout North Wales. In 2009 We decided to build on the success of Calon Lan and began to offer our services to people and communities throughout the rest of the UK, under the name of Blue Ribbon Community Care. Our expanding organisation is going from strength to strength but the personal touch is never lost. This is achieved by each office being operated by a local franchise owner; meaning all of our services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community. The needs and aspirations of the individual are at the centre of everything we do and this approach has earned us a quality reputation with the regulators and communities we support. Our service is registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Care and Social Service Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) and the Care Inspectorate Scotland (SCSWIS). We are also proud to be full members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association.
