About BlueFit
BlueFit is a young leisure facility management company established in 2007 at the Lane Cove Aquatic Leisure Centre. The company prides itself in offering Councils a true partner in asset management, working closely with them and on their behalf to promote participation in leisure to all corners of their LGA. A proven hard-working attitude with complete transparency has had an enormous impact on the 30 recreational sites BlueFit has been involved in during its first decade of operation. Our company has quality over quantity approach allowing for senior management to remain very hands-on with the communities we work with. Our dedicated team are like family and are treated as such. Every BlueFit team member knows the importance of their role in shaping visitor’s attitudes towards leisure – hence the company motto Inspiring Community Activity. A key focus behind the facility management company is the BlueFit Foundation which raises funds for the promotion of sport and recreation to those kids in our communities that would otherwise not be able to afford the activity. Whether it be Holiday Sports Camps for Foster Families or Swimming Lessons for Special Needs, the Foundation remains a driver in the community focus of management and staff.
